Other recent IPOs have not gone well, companies have seen sp drop below the offering price just like ours. The difference is that here, our company is already profitable (or soon will be, I couldn’t find net loss, net profit - release just mentioned gross profit), very few people have heard of this company, and there is huge continued growth in the short term.
I think the warrant situation has driven the price down and I also think that AGP and the initial Tier 1 investors got themselves a deal with a low price which may have seemed great for them in the short term, but which may scare away large investors post uplisting and may worry people that we could be de-listed.
Yes, we need analysts, but
1) another quarter with more quarter over quarter gains, and
2) a nice press release from one of our giant Big tech partners
will turn this around.
