Ahhh, can always rely on brucelake to read through all these documents with a fine-tooth comb. I actually read through it and no surprises, and actually not surprised that there was a typo.
The loan is toxic but remove that from the equation and substitute a good loan and as a first time investor I'd buy. Hopefully patents, tablet and cream. It's R & D so takes time, setbacks, beuacracy etc. RS was due to toxic loan and was voted down. Hopefully we'll get good news which will legitimize the company for new investors.
