That is the 64K question, if they are so smart why can't they get funding at reasonable terms? I think as you suggest, there is a lot of money waiting on the side lines.
In the mix of their problems is a lack of banking facilities, FDA and Congressional roadblocks and questions concerning the status of their pending patents and clinical trials. Of course, lawsuits and embarrassing mishaps have not helped either.
I am hoping the science will prevail and somehow they achieve the cash boost within the next six months.
