My spouse is a CPA and has done 100s of audits over a couple decades. And I have heard dear spouse pulling hair out for the reason they gave. So I can relate And I know what they are doing to remedy the issue. It is just a matter of time. I don't think they are hiding anything.
I know they use equipment that are capable and lower capital ex than higher end. My daughter as you know is a Marine Science and Environmental Science Major, and she says she uses some of the same equipment at the college labs. And they know what they are doing and talking about.
They have a lot of plants at multiple stages from incubating to over growing their bays. They had to modify the bays to handle capacity.
They have labs, it is a very secured facility, dear daughter said it was pretty clean too.
They were making prerolls while I was there, they had some device that separates for the prerolls and what ever the condensed buds are called, they have equipment for vapes, their prerolled packaging and labels are already in use.
I have to say, they really are there. Now what JWM does or has anything to do with the company at this point, they never brought him up and I didn't ask.
But I did know they are trying to at least make the business work what ever JWM does or doesn't do.
Both women were very knowledgeable and energetic.
