I agree, Misiu. NP has been telling us for the last month or so that we're very close to a licensing deal. Yesterday's discounting of the warrants is not a "licensing deal". The main value of the warrants to the company is they provide cash to the company when exercised. Assuming that a licensing deal is still in the works, we still need the cash now - not in 6 months. And I doubt this was just NP's idea - I suspect Klump was heavily behind this plan and I think it's a great way to flush our the warrants and generate the much needed cash, and at a time when we need it the most. It's a win-win strategy! The sp will jump back up by the time they close the deal on 6/12 and announce the amount of cash raised, and I would be very surprised if it's not north of $25mil.
