I think we can count on "combined revenues" for the two companies to be around $3.0mil for Q1. However I think the "combined net revenue" will show a loss, at least for this Q1 given the merger etc...
IMO I think its all going to come down to Q2 - Q3 as well as Rorys guidance and if the targets are hit Q2-Q3. Im not holding my breath for much movement in the SP after today.
The other thing we need is eyeballs and awareness about the company and all the great partnerships and the Team they have assembled. People need to know that as well as all the BOD are working for stock options AND that Rory is the largest shareholder so he has the most vested into this deal.
Just my thoughts..
