Also in the 9 April PR was the following:
" Also in the coming weeks, the Company plans to provide an update on its Brilacidin program for the treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease."
No clue as to what number IPIX had in mind when referring to "coming weeks", but the fact alone that there is something substantial to require/provide an update is very encouraging. The update may only be current plans, but that in itself will be revealing and if any progress has been made on the pill formulation, that would be tremendous news.
Since we have no clue as to when some word will come as to a partnership, the IBD update is pretty much what I am anxiously waiting to see. Hope mgt had single digits in mind when thinking number of coming weeks, but if not should be pretty soon after IMO. As of today about 5 weeks since PR.
