They can try to get that with the proposed warrant tender offer (I) or they could try placing new shares (II).
I've compared both situations assuming they're going to need the full $56 million.
I assumed that if the would place new shares it would have to be 140 million @$0,40 + 70 million new warrants strike @0,40.
I've assumed that raising $56 million could lead to a value of Cydy of 3 billion (but you can make that any number you would like).
Bottom line: the warrant tender offer is possible (leaving 65 million shares available) and is the better option for current shareholders.
