Buyer Beware!!! Over the past 12 years this company has never followed through with any business. In my opinion it seems that they float frivolous news so that the insiders (former board members) can cash out. In my opinion, it appears that the original founder has squandered millions of dollars of stockholder money and has produced nothing. As far as the Elite deal, there has been no news in more that two months. Stockholders were never informed on how much the current Viaspace CEO was paid in VSPC stock for a company he owned privately! I wonder where the Elite profits are going?? Lets not forget the fuel cell business that never panned out, not to mention the framed art work business, and the dock detection equipment business. This company has never produced any growth for stockholders.
Buyer Beware!!! It's possible people on this site are trying to run this stock up based on nothing!!!......and for anyone that thinks insiders and board members follow the rules, I have a bridge I'll sell you real cheep.
