Any current warrant holder can now exercise their warrants (i.e., buy shares) at $0.40, regardless of the initial strike price of the warrant. That offer expires June 12th.
Anyone exercising warrants gets 1/2 share for every warrant exercised. In other words, they get 3 shares for $0.80.
