No, the indication that matters here is that they are very excited about what they are about to do, and that Rocky Mountain High Brands will be their largest client by far and therefore a major source of revenue.
None of the companies involved with such a lucrative venture could POSSIBLY be happy about bureaucratic/political delays, but they're still extremely excited about where they're headed in the near term.
