I am confident financials will start showing material improvement but, among other things, we must consider a variety of factors that might affect their reception (and short term pps evolution):
- we do not know how they will be presented but they will not be consolidated (verb/sc)
- who will attend the conference call
- how will future projections be received
- we do not know how automated scans will view the financials
- shall we have info on institutional from the PO
- who sold 1+ million when we entered Nasdaq and are they done
- are there significant short positions on verb stock
- what kind of ratios between market cap and revenue or profit can we expect (so unpredictable with companies at this stage)
- will there be other news alongside the financials
And many other elements.
Really unpredictable...
I think a key element both short and long term is simply getting noticed by actual Nasdaq investors (I am fairly convinced we are still largely in the hands of OTC crowd despite the group of faithful longs). Wednesday is a good shot to improve on this front.
Longer term, I think just the SC business growth should be enough to justify a substantial increase of the pps, and with the addition of all the other verticals, plus considering we are already cash flow positive, I think it's quite a low risk investment... I might be wrong but I feel quite confident. Enough to see this through at least. And hopefully not because I am blinded by my own foolishness
Of course, buying at the absolute lowest price remains a pure matter of luck. I never expected us to be this low at our current stage of development!
So as usual, anyone should do his own DD.
