Anyone that has been around here for a couple years or more should not be surprised that so many members are upset. However, it does not change the fact that none of us know exactly what is going on in terms of any sort of negotiations. Management plays everything close to the vest and they are not alone as most companies striving for patent protection are very cautious. Also, negotiations take time, the due diligence, delays, legal review, etc..............deals can take a lot of time for as many reasons as there are people making them.
I follow a number of companies in the medical cannabis sector and most of them are struggling big time. If our Congress began to look favorably towards medical cannabis in terms of giving them the pathways to victory there would be a huge change in pps for most of these companies.
I sold 70% of my shares and took a big paper loss and will use the proceeds to rebuy shares at some point in the future and end up with a couple hundred thousand shares more than I started with.
