It's obvious they care little about us, otherwise the RS wouldn't be handled the way it was and then cancelled without further information or discussion from the management, this was a really telltale sign.
With the history of the company, you wonder why there is no further funding? Would you lend them any significant amount money by reviewing the company, I don't think you would. A year ago they could only do Toxic Loan, a year later we're not in better position, if anything, significantly worse.
I have some powder, I was lucky enough to be part of a private company that just got acquired by a global corporation and I had been awarded over the years a great number of options, this kind of offsets my losses, but I don't think it'd be wise to keep losing money here.
