Hi

I would not let this type of stuff bother you, in the long run it will have little to no effect on the share price. What I will say is, FEC is totally revolutionary. Much of what we acquired has never been patented, some of it has never been seen outside of folks like the defense department so I am guessing the poster on Ihub has not seen it either. I can tell you, we tried to have Nathaniel Hughes meet with our manufacturer in China with their client, Toro, on sprinklers and the state department would not allow him to go because of national security concerns.

As far as the latex and our big claim is that its hypoallergenic, this person demonstrates he knows or understands little about what Vytex is. First off the FDA would never allow the term Hypoallergenic period in dealing with latex. We have the only allergy free latex clearance and what the FDA allows you to say is, “Vytex has undetectable proteins that cause allergies using any available technology today. What Saativa put on their website is not that they have latex that is hypoallergenic, I looked. What they say is "We can think of a few reasons why latex has been gaining in popularity. For one thing, it’s an all-natural material, made from the sap of the rubber tree. At a time when consumers are increasingly conscious of the chemicals that go into the products they use and how those chemicals affect their health, it stands to reason that a hypoallergenic, toxin-free material would win new fans.” As to Vytex, its the purest latex made, its 90% stronger than normal latex, its odor free, and ours is eco-friendly its biodegradable like an oak leaf, and takes 50% less water to make. From a production standpoint Vytex can stay in a machine producing foam or bra pads or whatever for 5-7 days. Regular latex when production stops for the day, all the latex needs to be cleaned out. We can save manufactures ten’s of thousands a week just in wasted latex. Needless to say while the allergy free component is important we certainly have other qualities that are equally if not more important. I also have seen zero evidence of anyone obtain latex allergy free with the FDA. Take a look at this link to give you some idea of where Vytex can go, search for the term Vytex. https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/201...y-response.

I looked at glassdoor link provided 66% of employees would recommend Rotmans to a friend and 88% approve of the CEO. I found nothing in most cases except for glowing reviews. https://www.glassdoor.com/Overview/Working-at....11,28.htm We also score exactly the same as Amazon, 2PTS better than IBM, 5PTS better than Tesla…

I guess he is entitled to his or her opinion but we have never lied, we provide the best information available, (which most companies don’t or won’t do) and once in a while things beyond our control happen, and they take longer than what folks hope for. I guess we are guilty of setting expectations above the bar sometimes. I think most shareholders prefer to have the information VS not. We could be like everyone else, say nothing and no one has a reason to complain. I disagree with that philosophy.

As to his last point, I disagree with the scam part and there is no basis in fact for saying that but I agree with him we have a plan that will very likely make the Rotman's rich. We own shares and if the stock performs, he is not wrong we make a lot of money and so do all the other shareholders. We get rewarded same as every other shareholder. I assume thats the way most shareholders prefer the deal works. I think it beats the company does poorly but the CEO gets a golden parachute of X millions. In this case you have a CEO who is not only getting paid in shares so he does not benefit unless all the shareholders do he is also putting in his $30 mill+ dollar company into Vystar. I am not sure how you spin that as a negative but I am sure the poster will try and find a way.

Thanks

Greg
