Conspiracy theories don't have the same weight right now. Agree they definitely exist every day. The main issue is the US/China deal failure. Trump won't even engage for another two weeks meaning the DOW, NAS and penny stocks will continue to be pounded into the ground. If/when it is resolved one way or the other, the entire market will continue to pay the price. DOW down 500 after a half an hour? Yes, again. Everyone is paying the price. AMZN down 54.71 today? They are still making hand over fist profits. Different sectors taking turns at the short/sell off of the day. Some every day. Higher than normal transaction numbers, huge losses in different sectors are not going to end soon.
When stability comes back, the entire market will recover. If it was me making decisions to release news, I'd wait for the skies to clear. This is a market makers in all sectors dream.
If I had news that the EU has agreed to IPIX to move to P3 and a partnership, I would wait for that news release and begin the process.
