First institutional investor PNC financial services group in Pittsburgh has 200 shares, I wonder if they bought to keep an eye on and gradually buy over time, doesn’t look like they bought the offering, maybe they bought 200 while on OTC last quarter. Keeping my eye on the list the next two days to see who else.
