CYDY is my only long biotech play. But I have traded many many others. Maybe not the exact talk you might be interested, but I will offer my opinions on short term moves.
NWBO, a cancer play, is the most read board on ihub now, I've traded in several times over the last couple of years. I never understood why it has more posters than cydy.
I also traded IPIX.
Of your three, I have traded GALT. But the CRMD looks interesting chart wise to me.
CRMD, with low rsi, and macd getting ready to cross, is probably going to bounce between 7-7.35 and run up to the 50 day of 8.65. If it breaks above 8.65, then 9.50 and then 10.50 would be the next two levels.
If it does not bounce and breaks below the 200 day, 6.78, the it will drop more, but with the low rsi, I highly doubt it drops below 6.78.
I know nothing about CRMD, but lets see if I am right. I might trade the bounce that I believe is coming (if that is okay with you lorbas, since this is your stock)
With SCYX, it just broke below the 50day, the macd looks to be going lower, my guess is it will drop a little more (unless it can get back above the 50 day of 1.55 very soon) but not below 1.17, it is was to hit around 1.20. That is the price I would be looking to swing trade it. I will watch both of these and comment again if the prediction was right or wrong without knowing anything of either.
