The outstanding shares count is right on page 1 of

One PMed me with the following:
“My first read of the Q, I try to read them at least twice or more”
And then posted:
“If I am understanding the MFO agreement, they could potentially end up with control of the company or damn near pretty close to it by fall.”
Again the 8k page 14 repeats the statement several times that “the Beneficial Ownership Limitation in no event exceeds 9.99% of the number of shares of the Common Stock outstanding.” SO my question is how do you control a company with less than 10% of the outstanding shares? Next question is how can you read through the financials at least twice and not read something that is repeated several times. The answer is either very poor reading comprehensive skills or more likely purposely omitting facts that discredit your false narrative of dilution. Cut the bullshit on the MFO and dilution in general. You are making a fool of yourself.
