When you read a message, right above the message box there

When you read a message, right above the message box there is a list of links:

Message Board Public Reply | Private Reply | Keep | Replies (0) Report | Post New Msg

When you see an offensive message, click on the REPORT link. That brings it to the attention of one of the IH Admins.
