remember all the *conditioning* NR did *here* and *there* to try and get
actual investors (vs those who play them on various SMBs) to believe X Y and Z
were all selling IPIX
it was total BS ..
again there is the Float which is what is freely traded .. NR via their *efforts* always CONflate the I/O with the Float
Restricted shares are almost always held by the TA in cert form (meaning no
access to by those who collude in illegally manipulating IPIX)
one takes the restricted tally from the I/O total .. and derives the Float on IPIX
OTC Markets (that 4 profit site with all that that implies) clearly interacts with the TA
to update via the security tab .. for those wishing to take notes of what changes and when it changes .. and it's been beyond revealing for what NR did in the last 4 months of 2018
that is why with that bizarre (but not surprising) effort by NR
to *inject* volume into IPIX (and reset the 52 week low @ 7c on 12.31.18)
those who aren't CONned by NR or trading crews .. recognized the *volume injection*
underway since 9.12.18 .. never passed any smell test .. it wasn't the company
it was NR .. and it was done as i noted here back last September .. because NR almost had no choice
NR can't have *crews* hawking *sells* via SMBs .. sans *volume*
and not to put too fine a point on it .. everyone with interest can *grasp* the basics
of IPIX's YTD *volume* @ the EO August 2017 .. running 10M~11M~ higher than
@ the EO August 2018 .. in spite of NRs' *efforts* on IPIX's PPS (2017 part of NRs' 70c stall after name/ticker/cusip change out in June 2017)
but the issue then becomes with 2/3rds of the volume injected in
the last 4 months of 2018 .. basically bogus
what is NR to do if their resetting rounds fail to part actual investors
from their shares of IPIX of any significance
investors invest .. traders trade .. NR & crews manipulate
remember too for years .. NRs' *relentless PPS compression* has squeezed out most retail traders ..
because unless aligned with a trading crew .. most don't have access to MM (for colluding) .. let alone the capacity to *short* (legally) an OTC target
so a *stuck* NR .. significantly upside down .. failing to part actual investors from
their shares .. throwing everything at them via brand new *decoys for hire* .. has
very few options to play when their playbook is *known*
