I'd like to think notes but hard telling. If it's retail I'd imagine it's people that bought in the teens, maybe .002s and lost patience. Not many .0008s were collected maybe around 4 million total so i doubt it's them flipping for a few bucks, and I can't see anyone holding trips under .0008 would sell at this point, might as well hold it.
