Some funds let buying if it hits a penny .others at ten cents ..or one dollar etc
So as unvc rises .more money will be allowed to invest ..
Of course. Filings could pop up anytime catching all off guard..bypassing the 5 cents or ten cents and could very well jump to 50 cents or more.
