I’m a Vulcan... sometimes. It’s simply illogical to anticipate a flat-line on the EKG until 8/14-8/19, then...fireworks! Human expectations will cause them to begin accumulating shares in anticipation of the news they hope for. 12-14 weeks until Q2 is not a lot of time to create large positions.
