The market wants to see a $$$ value. This PR gives none. Was it just a corporate license or does it include individual licenses? So until the markets starts seeing actual $$$ or paying subscribers numbers these PR will have no effects. IMO
Now this can all changes once we get the t day10Q next week. Plus it is a shitty market right now.
