I personally think todays 8k is really bullish. We have people who are in the know putting taking their risk-less warrant and exercising it, sure is it a nice discount, but they are business men. They are exercising now, not waiting for for shares to be released and buying more shares with warrants attached, why?? I read that and got really excited.

Question for all, can a Insider have non-public info and exercise a warrant at any time? since you already own the warrant I would think there are no issues for a blackout period. Thoughts?
