Ive been on both sides of this thing, held 2.2 million shares and sold all. I was actually happy to see the rise to 4 cents as I have several people I talked into this stock. They are asking me if they should buy or sell and only bit of advice I can come up with is "I dont know". I started to think all the SEC investigations might have uncovered a lot of illegal activity holding us down and NTEK was rising to the true value. Of course I was worried about the P&D as well. I kind of checked out when the SEC thing came down and thought this was dead in the water. Now I ask these questions for real info and not too bash at all. I do want to see NTEK succeed. I may have sold but I can always get back in and I dont think anyone could blame me for selling based upon the last year. Questions:

1) Does anyone have any latest news on Ultraflix subs and are they actively loading new movies still?
2) Any news on 3.0? Pretty sure this is tied to funding.
3) Obviously I would like update on funding but I know no one has answers on this. People keep bringing up DF for updates and opinions.....excuse my ignorance, but I assumed him and several others were done and going back to prison when the SEC thing came down. Is there any news on the SEC thing? Maybe I missed it when I checked out. I kind of spun it as a positive in that the negative forces holding us down were removed.
