Copy of a post I made on iHub - agreeing with another long who recognizes the modus operandi of the manipulator who used the stacked artificially low ask trick to try to get a bid fill for months back when it was .0850 x .1150 then .1000 x .1200 [but realistically .1750 ask for any serious amount]:
