Someone posted here they reached out to IR who said they were cashless. If that feature is an important factor for an investor buying warrants, they may also want to reach out to IR and asked them to point to the document that says they are cashless. The below two documents may not be the only ones.
As someone else pointed out. If the stock was at $100 and you wanted to do a cashless exercise, in theory, you come up with enough money to exercise one warrant and use the profit to exercise dozens more.
Will that work, will you broker charge you a transaction fee each time, if it matters, talk to your broker or financial advisor including tax consequences and no one should get their investment advise or facts off a message board. Do you own DD. There are a lot of factors about warrants to consider and only some of them have been posted here.
