watch to see if it's a signal that conveys to *volume* on IPIX today

it is quite possible it's nothing .. it's equally possible it's a pre mkt signal
for those who want to learn about which MMs and ECNs *show* vs being *active*
on IPIX .. April 2019 MM Monthly is out
there were 8 in total who were active last month
the top 3 did 85.77% of IPIX's volume of 8,643,366 (note the consistent overlap of 8M~)

the reason why this matters .. is because of all the decoys in play .. on RT l2
in April 2019 .. MM PAUL was 5th out of 8 @ 447,380 or 5.18%
LAFC (another decoy imo) was 8th out of 8 @ 9,200 or 0.11%
you can start to see why NR (non retail) threw everything they could recently
to prevent any *uncontrolled* take up .. and imo NR has come close to losing
IPIX at least 3x in the last 2 days
NR took a gamble beginning on 9.12.18 to *BRUTALIZE* IPIX .. and it only worked on one level .. NR relentlessly compressed the stock whose 52 week
had been *reset* to 5805c on 9.7.18
this is why the 55M~ pumped thru the last 4 months of 2018 matter .. most of it was totally bogus
now granted it's pre mkt .. but note the first 5 on IPIX's B/A ..
reminder for years now the only *MMs* that matter specific to IPIX are CDEL/ETRF & NITE
