I'm not sure where the 6.5 Billion shares come from since the Authorized shares are only 6 Billion shares. I believe the O/S is 4.9 Billion per the OTC on 5/1/19 (4.619 Billion per the last Quarterly on 1/31/19). The Float is 4.359 Billion shares per the OTC on 4/26/19 (3.89 Billion shares per the last Quarterly on 1/31/19). Regardless, the O/S and Float are not probably where we all would want them. GLTA!
