I understand where you are coming from also not everyone feels as I do or you do, I was just stating how I honestly feel on how he's doing things, none of us no what's going on behind the scenes, but you do have to go by what has been happening and if the past is indication of the future then to me the future doesn't look all that bright at this time.
Of course its easy for me to sit and judge someone on particle facts of things but to give himself 10k a month raise just isn't justified by his performance,, 120k a year raise could have hired a PR firm done a Audit which would have been more beneficiary to the Company and shareholders, this is Common Sense.
I don't begrudge anyone fair pay for there work, but this is way over board.
Think what just a Audit would have done for us.
