the legal is reported in arrears .. the abusive is never reported
abusive is a huge part *imo* of the gamble undertaken by NR last September 12th .. and *imo* a significant part of the 55M~ *volume* pushed thru in the last
4 months of 2018 .. to both *reset* the 52 week low to 7c on 12.31.18 and of course in alignment with 24/7 whiners/bashers & trolls .. to part actual investors from their IPIX *shares*

not surprisingly (perhaps just to me) .. legal has been *imo* systematically reduced since hitting its all time *high* of 1.5M last July (2018)
