I recall CYDY telling us that the patients had to take two shots weekly (i.e., 350mg each, back-to-back) at the 700mg dose but that 525mg could be dosed in one shot.
I think 525 mg (and one-shot dosing) might make this product that much more attractive to insurers and future patients, and, as a result, make mono that much more attractive to potential HIV suitors.
Because of that, I wouldn't be shocked if some of the back-channel conversations between CYDY and potential HIV suitors discussed the one vs. two shot issue (i.e., show us if you can make it work with only one weekly shot).
For cancer, two shots and 700mg isn't as big of a deal. If you've been given a virtual death sentence (i.e., TNBC diagnosis with mOS of 11 months), who cares about a couple more shots a week.
