Besides Merck CEO Ken Frazier, John C Peoples, VP of global western markets for Merck has been close with Dr Dalton. ArmySeal has been in communication with Peoples who says he has worked on many projects with Dr Dalton over the years. This is not the only post alluding to Merck keeping an eye on Univec. And by the way, KEEP THEM PUMPING was meant as a reply about Epidiolex that the FDA should keep approving cannabis meds:
