Net income positive is a very big deal, and Wall Street will recognize that if not this quarter for sure by 2nd quarter, as they like to see a trend. However if forward guidance is given that may help convince them too. Also right now no debt, but even if Verb takes on some debt to build growth that would be all right too. For the time being ,how many companies out there have no debt and positive income. Many high valued companies have negative income and have debt.

This all bodes well for the future, eventually Wall Street will recognize the true value of the company, that much I feel confident about. It is severely undervalued now, fortunately i was able to pick up some more shares and also buy warrants but I'm about out of money for the near future. I'm hoping by the next time I come into some money the share price will be much higher, I've accumulated enough cheap shares and warrants.

Wall Street does indeed like to see increasing subscriber numbers, which means increasing revenues. That's how they judge any subscriber based company such as cell phone companies, companies like Netflix, etc. Of course they like to see profits so it doesn't help if the company isn't able to turn a profit on subscriptions. However, Verb will have no trouble doing that as nearly all the cost is up front development money, other than hosting the apps which should be a small cost.

I think the MLM's are where the big money is going to be for the first quarter, but over time some of the other verticals should start producing too. Wall Street likes to see diversification so several verticals will help there for sure.
