At 350 mg half life is close to 7 days ... , so not really escalation of Leronlimab in our system with this dose
But this is s very good point you made , so if with 525 and 700 half life
Is about 10 days and injections every 7 days , then after few years patients might be in some problems ????
Maybe with time they will develop blood test to check level of Leronlimab with indication about proper levels , I know it will need to be a spread here with numbers since different densities of CCR5 will require different levels.
