Old news, posted here before. Everybody wants to get paid, lawyers file suit. If bankruptcy comes they are in line for remaining assets if any. If funding occurs then all debts are paid. It happens in business. Isn't it more interesting to focus on what the company is doing to resolve issues. Something is going on last week pps .0062 closed Friday .02.
