'Completion of Phase 1 will depend on securing sufficient funds to complete the entire program'.
One can only hope that the funding is coming from someone with exceptionally deep pockets! At less than $0.01/share the entire stock value of the company would have a tough time funding a dozen or so pieces of heavy construction equipment. Y'know, the kind that are needed to excavate, load, and move the ore.
I suppose this comes to another one of the clever 'No Worries' statements that were in vogue several years ago. The company has been around for OVER TWENTY YEARS and people somehow still invest a dollar or two to buy this PENNY STOCK. Yep, even after TWENTY PLUS YEARS OF PROMISES with ZERO RESULTS, corporate Pershing Resources Company, Inc. can still let potential investors know that 'something' MIGHT happen in the coming years IF sufficient capital is raised to pay for the ENTIRE PROGRAM. I can only guess what would happen if ONLY 99.999% of the money was raised...DANG!!!!, it would take a long time to do that (based upon 20 plus years of company history). There would, of course, be expenses incurred by corporate personnel that had to be covered. Y'know...meals, travel, (ahem) interviews for Press Releases AND 'OTHER' overhead expenses.
