There are 2 critical price points to break and hold above: (as best as I understand)
a) $1 - as many many traders do not touch stocks under $1 as well as that gets us far away from "bashers and haters" as they are usually only involved in penny and sub-penny stocks that are very easy to manipulate by "trading groups" and can usually be "flipped" for "a can of soda".
b) $5 - once UNVC breaks above $5 - it can up-list to the NasDaq and above $5 - Institutions and Mutual Funds can invest and hold shares.
The Initial "gap up" after filings and the 1st PR will give us a great indication of how fast the price will break above $1 - it is possible to actually "gap up" to $1 as that only needs the "conglomeration" to have a valuation of about 1.3 Billion Dollars and we think the 2 current companies that belong to Dr Dalton are already valued above 500 Million Dollars.
We also believe that the "float" is really small as we suspect that the "Group of 5 or 6" with family and friends own around 900 million shares (or perhaps even 1 billion) and I expect our group own around 300 million shares (armyseal has posted his total as has Mikeyt) - so that does not leave many shares for people who know nothing about UNVC to buy and buying pressure should create a "nuclear price explosion".
