A 12.5 million dollar sale of stock and move on is

So since I have no intention of debating politics. I will ask you about straight forward business issues. It seems to me there are a hundred or more other investors who are not interested in verbal attacks or rhetoric either. They want to know and I would like to know what went on and why with their money and how its going to affect what is left of that money they invested in your company.
So David, could you address the question asked you.
"David, thank you for the reply. Can we start the discussion with the Royal Capital shares. Those are what seems to have diluted the stock to the point a reverse split was necessary. The SEC litigation plainly states those shares went to you and your wife, 1.1 billion of them, and you then sold them to River North for quite a sum of money who in turn sold them into the market. Bills went unpaid at the company and the lawsuits against us piled up and our accounts dwindled to near nothing. That was a lot of money and a lot of damage to both the company and its shareholders. I think an explanation is due to say the least. Since you are following the board, can you respond"
