If they would or could
only clean out the local county and district courts...
8 years ago I had a Judge that rubber stamped anything my Ex wanted. I filed a motion for Prejudice, Judaical misconduct and Bias against him and got him to punt in open court. Problem solved...he could no longer do my ex's bidding. I left it that way and never spent another day in court.
Go to FOC (Family Court). Referee is of 1970 vintage. With no clue. I get "this is the way we do it". Have to wonder. State law states... parents are suppose to be equal. Might be that she would have had to pay $1200 a month in support had I received joint custody. Liberal court wasn't going to let that happen. I get Come back to court with a lawyer and we'll see that you get joint custody. Lawyer cost 15K. What's the point. System had I pursed it, would have stolen money that should be going to my kids.
Moral to story: If you are getting married get a prenup agreement. Even with that, most state after 7 years consider you in a common law marriage. Better yet, if you have joint anything in any type of union. The law is against the man.
This 1960 Pandora's Box of liberalism needs to be cleaned. The common man doesn't have a chance in hell. Chips are stacked in favor of the women. In favor of a socialist welfare system.
