When attempting to bash properly, the basher must try to keep the focus onto old, no longer relevant information of a negative nature in the continuing effort to illegally manipulate the security by trying to sway investor sentiment.
In addition, the basher adds speculation and opinion and tries to skew it into sounding like factual information by throwing a tidbit of true information into the statements they make.
Some try to pass themselves off as the "wounded and offended party" when they are greeted by sometimes hostile responses to the negativity they are trying to sow, even though they themselves are the catalyst of the responses they get from informed and savvy investors who have been observing and watching the game for years.....
Some can be very clever in the delivery.
But in the end, an informed shareholder that does the proper DD and educates themselves on the security they have invested in, develop knowledge of how the market works (specifically the OTC in this case), as well as the behaviors of these types of morally challenged individuals that infest the OTC aren't fooled.
