I asked Joe via text what he thinks happened to the NGIO placemarker? His response was
“I don’t know why that would occur, maybe because it is not public yet, and there is a time range it has to, I’m just not sure, there is value of course, just in the amount of money Generex has put in the technologies baseline, then the value is the partnerships, data sets to date and then the new data we will derive from both new trials, in my mind once public we can build through a new appraisal through marshal Stevens same place that did the last valuation years ago on breast and money we’ve put into the sciences. I have a number in my head based on all that but I will keep that to myself for now since it’s not public.
Back to the subject of the shares all the broker is doing has taken off the account, the shares are still book shred with transfer agent.”
Joe did not know this happened however they were only supposed to be at Broadridge and they still are there. Looks like the brokerage firms have a policy to remove shares with no value, or never had value.
