Some thoughts on the non PL ads and blockbuster de

1. After people decide on a car purchase, they then go to finance manager, who tries to "up sale" them with: Protection warranties, clear coat protection, fabric protection, gap insurance, Lojack and other anti theft devices etc...the above provide major profit opportunity for car dealerships. They make huge profits on these items, often $200-$700 per item, on every auto sale. Auto dealerships try to sell the most profitable items. More money for them. bsafe is competing with more profitable items. So it's in last place on salesman "up sale" list. An afterthought sales item.
And then, only for car buyers that are parents with teens 16-18ish, who won't see a demonstration of the bsafe app, since the teenagers cell phone is not there at time of car purchase to display how it works. My friends and family in the car business say almost no one will buy a product they can't see work. And since it's a small part of the profits for dealerships, they won't waste their time...bsafe gets squeezed out. Only if laws are changed to "force" use of phone blocker, will sales likely grow significantly.
So billionaire found over the last six months he's not selling many bsafe apps? And decided to not spend large advertising money on a product that won't produce profits? ...Does this explain the non purchase option (1A) of 1 million shares at .0024? Is the billionaire currently grinding down SB on a better price for bsafe? To make it worth his while? Has he changed his mind and will now completely opt out?
Only a few know for sure...they are not talking.
Random thoughts and opinions only. Mine and those in the auto industry.
