Manipulators moved the fake 22K down from .2900 to .2898 even though the .2989 were almost gone with only .4231 left.
This enabled 16,000 to be bought on the bid at .2550 from 4 x small holders that panicked.
Bid topped up at .2550 and outbid at .2560.
Next manipulation attempt is walked down 6000 ask at .2700
