One challenge I think they had was converting the old site into the new site and have been doing it in stages from what I see.
They have also been busy cutting over to a new domain name. It's not as simple as people think.
The other one is, you need to design a website that works on mobile devices with a small form factor. You want one site and not two so there are trade offs.
Their home page, I think does that well on mobile. Mobile users are most likely to scroll to check out what's going on and less likely to click unless it's a big button or tagg. You can tell by the color scheme a user is really viewing what would normally be multiple pages as they scroll down in mobile. The home page is not that long on a mobile device which is deceiving as you look at the website on a desktop.
Websites will evolve. I am sure VERB's will to. Good feedback though.
