Maybe Verb's main customer will be large companies who already understand the tech? As opposed to small business owners like the one I talked to. It does seem like Verb's website could communicate more quickly and effectively. It's odd that they provide this technology that enables users to view a video, of course, and click to quickly navigate to whatever interests them yet their home page video is so spare, minimalist with few clickable options?
