when we get to the time that Mick wants to go, if we are not at the minimum required a reverse split becomes necessary.
Normally in the pink OTC a reverse split when the stock is low like.0001
it does not bode well for the company doing it.;
But if the purpose is to get on a better exchange, it is a good thing.
