Just wondering if anybody that has been following the malpractice lawsuit against Ross and his law firm has any updates. On April 23 there was to have been a conference that was adjourned from April 2. The purpose was to compel OWC to produce emails from Ziv Turner and Shmuel De Saban.
I wouldn't expect many here to be familiar with this case. But if you're wondering, the following is a link to the initial letter that Mr. Lonergan sent to Mr. Ross and his law firm before the court case was officially launched.
